Shipping
We offer free shipping for most products ordered on our website. Free shipping is available in the continental United States only. If the words Free Shipping do not appear in the product's description, regular shipping charges will apply and will be calculated by our shopping cart using current UPS shipping rates. Delivery
Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery time (if products are not on back order) by UPS or LTL truck freight.

Sales Tax

Damaged Items
The staff at Poly Outdoor Furniture takes extra care in packaging your order, but please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged or incomplete upon arrival, please call us 1(800)280-5932 and refer to your original packing slip. All returns must have prior authorization to be accepted.
